Cancellation Policy

Adult Class Booking Policy Artisan Roots Together To help us prepare supplies and create a great experience for everyone, please review our class booking policies before registering. Registration • Pre-registration is required for all classes and events. • Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. • Registration is confirmed once payment has been received. Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat. • All basic supplies and materials are included unless otherwise noted. Cancellations & Transfers • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class will receive a studio credit that can be used toward a future event. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable due to materials and preparation costs. • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to a friend. Please notify us before the class. Late Arrivals • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so class can begin on time. • If you arrive late, we will do our best to help you catch up, but instruction may already be in progress. Class Minimums • Classes require a minimum number of participants. • If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment, Artisan Roots Together may cancel or reschedule the class. Participants will receive a full refund or studio credit. Liability • Art activities may involve the use of paints, tools, and other materials that can stain clothing or cause minor accidents. • By registering for a class, participants acknowledge these risks and agree that Artisan Roots Together, its instructors, and staff are not liable for minor injuries, accidents, or damage to personal belongings during normal class activities. Photography • Photos may occasionally be taken during classes for marketing and social media. • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the class begins.
