Cancellation Policy

Kids & Teen Class Booking Policy Artisan Roots Together To ensure a great experience for all students and to allow us to prepare supplies in advance, please review our class booking policies. Registration • Pre-registration is required for all kids and teen classes. • Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. • Registration is confirmed only after payment is received. Age Guidelines • Kids classes are designed for ages listed in the class description. • Teen classes are typically for ages 13–17. • Younger children may attend only if the class specifically allows it. Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve a seat. • All supplies and materials are included unless otherwise noted. Cancellations • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class will receive a studio credit. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable due to materials being prepared in advance. No-Shows • Students who do not attend a class without notice will not receive a refund or credit. Class Minimums • Classes require a minimum number of students. • If a class does not reach the minimum enrollment, Artisan Roots Together may cancel or reschedule the class and participants will receive a full refund or studio credit. Parent / Guardian Information • Parents or guardians must complete registration for students under 18. • Emergency contact information must be provided at registration. Drop Off & Pick Up • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins. • Parents/guardians must pick up students promptly at the end of class. Behavior Expectations • We strive to create a positive and respectful creative environment. • Disruptive behavior may result in a student being asked to leave the class without refund. Liability & Safety • Art classes may involve the use of paints, tools, and other materials. While we take care to provide a safe and supervised environment, participation in art activities carries some minor risk (such as paint spills, minor cuts, or allergic reactions to materials). • By registering their child for a class, parents or guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that Artisan Roots Together, its instructors, and staff are not liable for minor injuries, accidents, or damage to personal items that may occur during normal class activities. • If your child has allergies, medical conditions, or special considerations, please notify us at registration so we can do our best to accommodate them.
